Roots & Branches offers retreats and workshops for parish leaders to review current ministries and design strategies to further engage the mission of the congregation. Such events emphasize both the spiritual underpinnings of Christian ministry as well as the practical aspects of parish leadership. These practical aspects include clarification of roles, parameters of authority, and appreciation of the various gifts and talents that exist among parish leaders, and in the congregation as a whole.
